A coronavirus case that was confirmed in Kokkola during the weekend is connected to exposure in two hobbies. The number of persons who have been exposed to the coronavirus is about ten in both hobbies. The persons who have been exposed have been contacted. They have been advised to get tested and to stay in quarantine. The results of these tests have not yet come back.
The test results of all but one person who have been tested at Chydenius skola have come back and they have been negative. One person has not been tested. The person is from another health care district and is attended to in that district.
Seven coronavirus infections have been confirmed in Soite’s area during the last two weeks. Overall, 47 coronavirus infections have now been confirmed in the Central Ostrobothnia health care district.
