Starting on the 15th of July 2020 coronavirus tests for persons under the age of 16 are conducted at the paediatric emergency clinic (lasten päivystys/barnakuten) at the Central Ostrobothnia Central Hospital. The other family members, both children and adults, can be tested during the same visit to the paediatric emergency clinic.

Soite's paediatric emergency clinic is open 24/7 i.e. every day of the year. Please always call first before coming to the clinic, phone 06 826 4444.

Persons over the age of 16 are tested for the coronavirus at the infection reception at the main health care station in Kokkola.

The infection receptions at Kannus and Tunkkari (Veteli) health stations test patients of all ages for the coronavirus if they have symptoms of the common cold or the coronavirus.
