Information on the coronavirus situation on the 1st of June 2020

Soite’s coronavirus task group has a daily meeting and updates the situational picture. The situation is still calm in Soite’s area and the preparations proceed according to plan.

Two new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Soite’s area. Those that have been infected have mild symptoms and are at home. The chain of infection has been mapped and no other people have been exposed to the virus. Overall, 26 coronavirus infections have now been confirmed in Soite’s area. No coronavirus patients are cared for on wards.

Coronavirus tests are done with a low threshold on Soite’s coronavirus receptions when a person has symptoms of the coronavirus. We urge everyone to go take a corona test even if they have only mild symptoms that fit the coronavirus.

No changes were made in the list of changes in the opening hours and other changes in Soite. Changes in opening hours and operations can be found on the following page at‑2/

Please note the previous guideline stating that from now on, we publish new information regarding the coronavirus situation during weekends and holidays only if the situational picture changes significantly. For example, information about about new positive coronavirus test results will not be published until after the weekend, unless the results are in some way abnormal or particularly hazardous.
