Infor­ma­tion on the coro­n­avirus sit­u­a­tion on the 23rd of April 2020

Soite’s coro­n­avirus task group has a dai­ly meet­ing and updates the sit­u­a­tion­al pic­ture. The sit­u­a­tion is still calm in Soite’s area and the prepa­ra­tions pro­ceed accord­ing to plan.

The sit­u­a­tion is unchanged: no new coro­n­avirus cas­es have been con­firmed today in Soite’s area. One coro­n­avirus patient is cared for on a ward. Over­all, 16 coro­n­avirus infec­tions have been con­firmed in Soite, and all chains of infec­tion have been traced in Soite’s area. 

The sit­u­a­tion is still calm on the coro­n­avirus clin­ic, in the infec­tion units and on the coro­n­avirus helpline. Test­ing has been done in sev­er­al units and the tests have been analysed at the cen­tral hos­pi­tal. The results come from NordLab’s lab­o­ra­to­ry at the cen­tral hos­pi­tal with­in a few hours and the results have been negative.

From now on, the clients are not con­tact­ed about neg­a­tive results on coro­n­avirus tests. Instead, the client may check the results in the Kan­ta ser­vices or by call­ing Soite’s coro­n­avirus helpline 06 828 7499 (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.).

The list on changes in open­ing hours and oth­er changes in Soite was not changed.
