The recommendations for Soite’s area in the acceleration stage of the coronavirus epidemic — the Regional State Administrative Agency prohibits gatherings of over 20 persons
The COVID-19 regional group of authorities in Central Ostrobothnia had a meeting on Wednesday 2nd of December 2020 and fixed the guidelines that were established for Central Ostrobothnia for the acceleration stage at the extra meeting the group of authorities had on Sunday 29th of November 2020. The earlier recommendation of limiting gatherings to 20 persons and to interrupt hobbies for adults until the 21st of December 2020 is still in effect in Soite.
The Regional State Administrative Agency sharpened the restrictions on gatherings on the 1st of December 2020 when it comes to the base level, the acceleration stage and the spreading stage of the coronavirus epidemic. When Central Ostrobothnia is in the acceleration stage, public events of over 20 persons are prohibited. The stricter restrictions are needed in order to prevent the coronavirus from spreading any wider, to protect people who are in at-risk groups and to make sure the capacity of the health care is not exceeded. The restriction is in effect from the 2nd of December through 21st of December 2020. Read more in in the press release by the Regional State Administrative Agency (in Finnish).
